Descriptive titles are useful general-use descriptors that can be applied to CMP Converged Monetisation Platform. The MDS Global product that supports customer care and billing for digital service providers. entities in multiple business and system configuration areas such as:

Descriptive titles are organised in groups for ease of use, for example all descriptive titles for financial transactions are grouped together.

In Business Configuration A module in the CMP Administation console that provides for viewing and modification of business and user applicable system configuration., you can view, create and edit descriptive titles.

To create a descriptive title, you:

• Choose or create a group In the Customer Manager Platform hierarchy, the highest level of the structure. The group level can be used to group corporates. Groups can hold financial information. to which the descriptive title will belong.
• Provide a unique alphanumeric code for the title and a brief meaningful description.

In Business Configuration, you can configure workflow event properties by setting the event type and event code for the associated workflow event. For more information, see Workflow.
